- Provide general sales and use tax research and advisory services, including resolving various sales/use tax issues and questions for the Construction Products sector, as well as customers and vendors in an effort to maintain positive relations.<br />
- Lead and / or conduct reverse sales &amp; use tax audits. Manage relationship with 3rd party consultants.<br />

<p>Plan, organize and implement strategies and activities required to procure regulatory approval for new and revised product lines. <p>- Labeling, marketing, product transfer and literature review pre and post market. Assist with post marketing surveillance and vigilance</p>
<p>Qualifications/Work Experience</p>
<p>- Preferred Minimum 4-6 year experience in FDA regulated Class II and Class III industry</p>
<p>- Minimum 6-8 years total work experience 510(k),IDE,PMA (original/revision/supplements) preparation</p>
<p>- Working knowledge of Medical Device Regulations (FDA required, international a plus). Direct interaction with FDA or Notified Bodies/Competent Authorities reviewers/inspectors</p>
<p>- Working knowledge of post market due diligence and vigilance</p>
<p>- International experience is a plus, but not required</p>
<p>- B.S. or B.A. in a health science, nursing or equivalent training</p>
<p>- RAC certification a plus</p>

<h3>SQL Server / Oracle DBA</h3>
<p>A major medical manufacturing company located about 20 miles west of Philadelphia, PA is looking for an Oracle DBA to support very large company data resources in a high availability environment. This company is experiencing double digit growth even in this down economy. Total compensation includes excellent salary, annual bonus, and generous benefits .</p>
<h3>OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3>
<p>Provide technical support and expertise on regional database issues, with concentration in SQL Server and Oracle RDBMS; the system environment is HP-UX, Windows or Linux.. Establishes database standards, sets database performance baselines, develops database security model, assists with extract-transform-load jobs, performs database sizing analysis for new applications, and engineers high availability database solutions. Develop and execute project plans that apply information technologies to business problems. Design and implement the server based infrastructure to support various line of business application. Function as a member of a multi-discipline team that supports the server infrastructure.</p>
<h3>POSITION DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:</h3>
<p>• Serves as MS SQL DBA and a secondary Oracle DBA .</p>
<p>• Assist in the system design, evaluation, recommendation, and implementation of hardware and software for server based solutions.</p>
<p>• Design, deploy, and maintain high availability designs in a cluster and/or over a distance.</p>
<p>• Provide SQL expertise to troubleshoot and optimize databases and database queries. Perform or assist with database tuning and monitoring.</p>
<p>• Interface with OS/Backup staff to ensure that proper system backups are performed.</p>
<p>• Responsible for maintaining network servers, operating systems, and disaster recovery plans.</p>
<p>• Other duties as assigned</p>
<h3>PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE &amp; EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:</h3>
<p>• Minimum six years of technical experience including combination of hardware and software</p>
<p>• B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent experience</p>
<p>• SQL Server and/or Oracle Database Certification or equivalent experience.</p>
<p>• HP-UX and Linux installation and management experience preferred</p>
<p>• Experience with Windows and SQL Server Clustering preferred</p>
<p>• Strong understanding of storage infrastructure and its impact on database performance</p>
<p>• Technical project management experience.</p>
<h3>OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</h3>
<p>• Some after hours technical support. This is a shared responsibility with other system team members.</p>
<p>• Server virtualization software a plus</p>
<p>• Microsoft Certified System Engineer a plus</p>
