Requirements include
· a minimum of 3-5 years IT project leadership experience, 
· working knowledge of iSeries RPG
· retail systems experience 
· excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· good PC skills including experience with Microsoft Project, Word and Excel
· 4 year degree is strongly preferred 
· Familiarity with JDA software is a plus.

Operations/Infrastructure Manager

An international manufacturing company, located in a beautiful part of east central Pennsylvania, is looking for an Operations/Infrastructure Manager. This is a rapidly growing company which offers a high visibility position with excellent growth potential into corporate management as the company expands. The person in this position will manage all aspects of global operations for primarily a Windows NT/2000 environment including about 100 servers and supporting 1500 users worldwide; infrastructure management is a big part of the job. The person will manage a direct staff of 5 at corporate headquarters and additional support staff of 10, mostly for the remote locations. Areas of operations are enterprise systems (ERP, email, etc), networks/telecomm, desktop systems (all hw/sw except enterprise and engineering applications,) and security. 

Requirements for the position include: 
- hands-on management experience in an operations or networking environment
- very strong skills in networking and security, including firewalls
- experience managing global systems is a very strong plus
- a 4 year degree is strongly preferred to provide the best growth possibilities for the person

This person will be viewed as an expert in Information Security with an emphasis/focus on infrastructure protection. This position is for a project manager who acts as technical advisor for Information Security requirements, not the person who would, for example, implement security protection such firewalls. " Conducting technical evaluation(s) of hardware, firmware & software for possible impact on system security and direct modifications where necessary;

" Conducting Intrusion/Incident Response Investigation(s) & Forensic Analysis;
" Performing Firewall Log & Change Request Reviews;
" Performing System, Access Control & Remote Access Log Reviews. 

Qualifications
" 10 years experience in Information Technology, with 5+ years experience in Information Security;
" Extensive experience with Application Architecture & Infrastructure Design;
" Experience with Cryptography, Digital Certificates / Certificate Authorities & Directory Service Models; Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) & Ethical Hacking Tools; Vulnerability Assessments, Risk Assessments & Infrastructure Audit Methodologies;
" Strong project management skills;
" Candidate should have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Manager, Technical Integration and Support

The position involves managing a staff of 12 with two separate areas of responsibility. Customer Relations includes second level Help Desk, desktop support for PC software and hardware for about 1200 users, vendor relationship management, and problem resolution. Technical Services includes all aspects of planning, implementing and ongoing operations of local area networks, electronic mail and coordination of telecommunications with the Corporate technical staff. While the person will not be directly responsible for WAN operations, which is handled by the corporate staff, the person must be familiar with routers, links, frame relay, etc. in order to coordinate WAN operations within the Healthcare division. Overall, the person will manage these functions for the facility in Ft. Washington, various U.S. field offices and also in 2 locations in Florida; some travel to the sites in FL will be required. The position also involves acting as liaison to various IS steering and planning committees and management of a $4M budget.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline, 10 or more years in network or systems support with 3 to 5 years of management experience.; leadership and management experience is especially important since the Director, Technology Integration and Support, to whom the positions reports, will be promoted this year and the Manager will move up.

Team Manager-Server Administration

Job Description:

The Team Manager of Server Administration oversees the implementation and maintenance of UNIX, Microsoft and mainframe environments. The person will also oversee a cross-platform technology research function to provide for consistency and proper-leverage of future technologies. Responsibilities include the following:

- Manage the server implementation and maintenance process to ensure that all systems meet defined support levels.

Develop and implement a strategic plan for server installation, maintenance, consolidation and availability.
- Lead project and communications focused on availability and capacity planning for regular and high-season business activities.

Create and implement a Systems Programming business plan, including 1) plans to meet SLAs (service level agreements) between IT and the business units within the company 2) proposing and managing capital, and expense budgets 3) Developing models for the accurate costing/pricing of provided services, 4) reducing cost while maintaining or improving service

Actively participate as a key member of the Enterprise Systems & Data Management leadership team, contributing to the strategic planning process.

Requirements:
