· Answers inquiries in person and via telephone concerning systems operation. Diagnoses system hardware, software, and operator problems. Recommends or performs remedial actions to correct problems based on knowledge of system operation.
· Inspects network wires and cables. Coordinates installation of or installs network equipment and cabling.
· Performs basic computer operator functions as required, including system back up, tape control, and data file restoration.
· Keeps abreast of new software and hardware product developments.
· Interacts with all internal/external personnel in a helpful, professional manner.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of two years' experience performing PC diagnoses and repairs in a Microsoft network environment. 
Excellent working knowledge of personal computers and peripherals is required. Microsoft certifications a plus.
Ability to work well with system users and to provide technical assistance and training to system users.
Willingness to travel up to 30% to company locations in the U.S. and abroad. The work hours for this position will be 7:00 am to 4:00 pm with some overtime and after-hours support needed to assist with project deadlines.
