Phoenix Partners was established in 1989, originally specializing in placing elite professionals in Information Systems, Infrastructure and Web Technologies. Increasingly, our clients have relied upon us to also procure other talented professionals in a wide range of disciplines such as accounting/financial, supply chain, marketing, and various roles in human resources.

An average of 60 to 70 percent of our placements are for clients and candidates in the  greater Philadelphia/Delaware Valley area. In addition, through our extensive participation in the NPAworldwide Recruitment Network, we place another 30-40 percent of our candidates in North American and worldwide locales. Our reach adds value to clients in the Philadelphia/Delaware Valley area who have divisions in other locations, as well as to candidates who wish to perform a national or international search.
