A small but rapidly growing distribution company, located in suburban Philadelphia in the Plymouth Meeting area is looking for an Oracle (or other ERP software) Analyst with 1-3 years’ experience, ideally with some work with any human resources applications, though this is not required. This is a permanent position and an excellent opportunity to be in on the ground floor of an Oracle Cloud HCM global implementation.
Job Duties
- Provide expertise in the analysis, design, development and implementation of the Oracle Cloud and Taleo Recruiting applications.
- Perform Oracle administrator functions including security maintenance, importing and extracting data, transferring encrypted data, configuration between Taleo and Fusion, analytics and reports, and updates.
- Troubleshoot production issues to include problem research and analysis and performing steps for resolution.
- Document system specifications, configurations, processes and procedures.
- Provide pre-and post-launch end-user support, change management, issue resolution, testing, and training.
- Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leaders.
- Coordinate Oracle Service requests and drive to a final resolution

Education, Training, Experience
- BS degree in Accounting or Computer science with education in Finance, Economics, or Supply Chain, Operations, or related
- At least 1-3 years’ experience with any packaged cloud software (Oracle, Workday, Ceridian, Infor etc.)
- Experience in Human Resources related domains (i.e.: HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting) is a plus but not required
