DESCRIPTION: The IT Manager position reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and works with the COO in setting the vision for leadership, development, implementation, maintenance and support of the company’s information technology initiatives. This position is responsible for all aspects of the organization’s information technology and systems including oversight of day-to-day IT Department operations, maintaining IT infrastructure, and the recruiting, training and retaining of competent technically qualified IT staff.
